Kimchi Jjigae also known as Kimchi stew is probably the most common way of consuming some aged Kimchi. The restaurant I will introduce today is specialize Kimchi stew. Only menu here is Kimchi stew and you can add various toppings like spam, ramen noodle, topu, and dumplings.

The server will bring you a half cooked stew to your table. The stew already included a big piece of pork. When the fat melts into the soup, it’s not just your ordinary Kimchi soup.
