The first case started one of our clients started to let us know about their AC unit is not cool enough. We instantly thought either AC need filter cleaning or the outdoor unit has a lack of refrigerant. We tried both solutions and waited for a few days. However, it wasn't working. That is why we decide to hire an AC cleaning expert. He dismantles the entire AC unit and cleaned it. Plus, he gave us his insight and said he thinks the outdoor AC unit for this apartment getting too much heat since that is in extremely tight space. After two weeks later, we got feedback from a member. She said it was cold for a couple of days and back to normal.
Therefore, Team Jason & Hannah started to research how to redirect hot air from the outdoor AC unit. We found this thing call the outdoor unit air circulator. We decided to install this in their house personally. After we install a circulator, they said their ACs are working great.

The second case is one of our longest customers. He stayed in one unit for almost three years and never cleaned his AC. We tried to clean his AC filter, but it was hard to make the schedule with him. One day, he reached me and said his AC is not cold anymore and he thinks his AC is building mold inside. Therefore, we decided to hire an expert instead of cleaning ourselves. Although it took 3 hours, our experts finish cleaning all 2 AC units and now it blows cold air.
